I was also affected by purchase error. I sent a support ticket but at the time the site was still twitchy and I ended up sending numerous amounts of the same msg without knowing it. They were all deemed solved without actually solving my problem. I reopened one of the tickets so hopefully it will get fixed soon, thanks from me as well for the information.

We had refunded / purchased your scenes globally. If you still have issues with ticket numbers, let us know. I will look at all the problems one person at a time then.
