contact support

Hello

When ever i try to purchase tickets i receive an error which says transaction declined contact support prepare your email, i then receive an email which says my account has been blocked and to change my password and it seems to be stuck in this spiral, i have contacted support on 3 seperate occasions, i have had 1 reply weeks ago to say the issue has been resolved however it appears to not have been resolved.
i have not had a reply from support since then despite my help requests i am sending.
Can anyone help me with this?

Hi dude/gal. I don't work for LP but I been a member here for some time.

And I think you need to go to the Legalporno Homepage and scroll all the way down and clic on "Customer support"

And fill that form.

I'm just saying because this forum is more intended for fixing stuff that affects everyone, such as reporting an incomplete picture set, video corruption and such.
And usually people with account issues are told to create a support ticket.

Hello

i have contacted support on numerous occasions without a responce, i did recieve a responce after my first contact with support which simply said "resolved" which is clearly not the case. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks now.
