Can't use free tickets - videos marked "free" are not free

I have 44 free tickets. I'm trying to download videos that are clearly marked in the "free" section. However, when I try to purchase them, it tells me I need to buy more premium tickets. What is the problem?

I think there are videos that are available for purchase with "free tkt" and there are other videos available for free for members with a recurring membership.

The videos in "free scenes" are free only for members. You can spend your free tickets at
