Acount blocked after purchasing further tickets

Hello.
I have purchashed yesterday more tickets so i could extend your services . After an attempt to download a scene which i successfully bought (it removed the tickets from my account), i got a message telling me that my account is blocked . It will be most appreciated if u unblock me at the earliest time , especialy since i have paid money for the services which i did not get.
