I tried to purchase a 120 tkt refill in the night from sunday to monday (14.12.2015), but my transaction got stuck while 'processing'. I filed two support requests by now and even though your support agent confirmed that the transaction was successful on tuesday and it showed on my cc bill (-72,71€) on wednesday, I never received the tickets.
