Please somebody tell me wheter I can sure keep my old name after linking my LP user account to the forum?
Problem is I used other name for both functions in the past.
But now I dont want my post number re-set and keep my old commenly known posting name.

I linked them, and both had the same name. But I do have different rights, which might help my cause a little.
Will ask about this.

confirmed, the linking will not break anything, everything will be the same, just the login will be as you have it on LP sites and not the forums.

For new users - If you create LP account, you will automatically have account on the forums with the same credentials.

I linked it now but I cant sign in with my pornbox passoword.
Only old forum crdentials work!

You can sign with your LP account only now. Please try again, it should work.
