Can't post images? [Forum]

I just wanted to post some images in a topic I was creating on the forum, but when I submitted the post it said I was not allowed to post images.

Why is this?

Do I have to have been a member for so long or made so many posts?

You need to make certain amount of posts on the forum, but I think you made enough.
