High amount of debited tickets due to server error

hello, I have been trying to buy and download the scene "Busty slut Emily Thorne classic LP anal treatment with DP & gapes SZ1289" but a message regarding server problems kept appearing, and every new try in buying the scene resulted in debiting again my Premium tickets each new try. And I just recently recredited with 40 tickets on april 27th, bought some scenes but I had plenty left. So I would need you to recredit the great amount of tickets this error costed me, as well as fix the problem that avoid me to download the scene. Thank you

I experienced the same problem. I have been debited 18 tickets for GIO174 without getting the download!
Plus the 'contact support' function from Pornbox does not appear to work.
Plus the Forum still has problems - triple postings.
Some serious server issues?

Think iv had the same problem, does anyone know when this has happened in the past if the just auto refund you or do you need to e-mail support?

I've already tried many times to use the contact form but it get stuck in "code verification failed" whereas I am typing the right code displayed in Captcha

Same happened to me , lost around 15 tickets without buying anything, tried to send support an E-mail but it's not working also giving me Code verification failed.

yeah the same thing happened to me guys, even the thing with the captcha saying it wasnt working, but it did, as i got about 11 emails come through saying my support request had been received, lol. but yeah contact support and they will sort it out like they did with me

me too, although they said it will be fixed, I am still at... 1.9 tickets !!! whereas I bought 40 tickets a couple of days ago and just used a few of them. I definitely hate this ticket system compared to usual memberships on all other porn sites
