Sorry if there's already a topic for this, had a quick search but couldn't find anything.
Is there anyway to see how/when you've spent tickets? I seem to have 15 or so less than i thought so wanted to check before contacting support.

There is some problem if you try to 'get video'. I have been debited 18 tickets today. You/we need to reclaim.
