I have submitted a ticket on April 12 and received a reply on April 13, because I cannot login to the site. I followed up on the 13th, that it was not fixed. I contacted the ticket site yesterday as well. At first, it allowed me to send a reactivation link to my phone, but the site never accepted the codes. I would just receive a "login cancelled" message. After 5 attempts over 2 days, it no longer sends me an activation code. Is there anyone on the site that can help me resolve this.
I am member bake0213 and a semi-active member on the forum, and I have about 98 tickets in my account I'd like to use. This account is one I created just to comment on the forum. Thanks for your time. Steve
