For some reason I have been locked out of my LP account.
I've sent 2 request supports but not received any reply.
Normally a response/resolution comes in 1 day. It is now day 3 since my 1st support request.
Is Petr Kapoun ill or on holiday?
As someone who has been subscribing to LP on a 3 monthly basis for the last 8 months or so I feel a bit disappointed and let down.
Also that the option of unblocking an account by way of email has been taken away. Google Authenticator does not work on a non-celluar ipad or pc. Looks like I'm going to have to go and invest in a cheap mobile phone just for the sake of unblocking my account
