Enable cookies error when logging on with laptop only.

Hi

I am a new user, and I am having trouble logging in to analvids.com and this site. When I try to log in to analvids.com, I get a message saying "page not found". I am unsure what is happening. Have I been blocked? I was having trouble logging in with my Laptop, and after a few attempts I just kept on receiving that error message. I am able to log in with my phone when I am not using my Wi-Fi.
Whenever I try to visit this site on my laptop, I get a error message saying please allow all cookies and I am not able to visit the homepage, even though all cookies on my browser have been allowed.
