I downloaded this new video this morning and the quality of video is poor. It's a problem of image stability. Could it be fixed? I used several video readers and in all cases, quality is poor.

Same issues here. There are actually two of the new creme scenes that have pixelation issues. The latest one "Kitana Lure, Vanessa Vaughn, Karolina & Julia XXXMAS cream enema & anal fucking RS039" Is pretty much unwatchable. This is regardless of media player choice if you just download it to pornbox and play it on the embedded browser in any browser from any device same issue the scene is absolutely corrupt. It's a damn shame too because the last three Creme scenes in December are absolutely on FIRE!!! They are Great so please if anyone can help with making them watchable that would be Super Terrific!! Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Thanks! Just re-downloaded and it is defnitely better. Absolutely not perfect, but then again from reading around the support Forum it seems there are larger issues at play. But at least now it is definitely watchable if a little blemished. Thanks again for the prompt response and resolution.

There is also a pixelation issue with Kitana Lure & Arwen Gold double anal fucking with cream (new SINEPLEX XXXMAS scene) RS037

These are both fine now. Thanks.
However, there are still problems with RS039 (as of yesterday) and RS023 (as of 3 or 4 days ago).
Anal without ass to mouth is like pasta without sauce!
