Cant cancel my subscription and reoccuring payments

Reloading tkt is one click away, u don't even get a confirmation message. But when u wanna cancel membership and re-occurring payments, everything is hidden. Not surprised tho. Also passwords should be hashed and not saved as plain-text. I got an email with my password in it. That is a big no-no in software development.

I have to say, apart from those issues, the content itself is excellent.

Surely support/admin only email your password if they think they need to tell you what your password is. For whatever reason.
In which case it must be plain text for you to read.
And you have to change your own password at next login. If you have any sense.

The reason you cannot cancel your recurring payments is because you have none.
