Hello, after registering i can once enter account, but when go to TKT there is device confirmation, idcert, and if log out then i cant login second time, why?

yesterday when i try to buy some videos, there is message appear that digits not valid, mastercard debit and visa electron, why??

after that i give my login from one account to my friend but he cant pay two from his card, why??

then u block my first and second account, and now i cant create new accounts, why??

now i dont give my accounts to anyone,

Your account cannot be unblocked out of security reasons.

not blocked account, i talk about new account, i try to create account and every new account i can access only once ! there is message apeear about device confirmation, so i need change ip? vpn socks5? stupid system. i dont give my new acc , only i use from my ip new acc, old acc i give oto friend that he puerchased some videos, cose when i enter credit card digits there is message apeears wrong digits, i dont give to my friends my new acc , so unblock me. and how i need to do this device confirmation? how to link telephone to account?


and u blocked not only this account which i give to my friend, u block and my first acc and which i give to friend, but new account i dont give , but i cant normaly login, reset idcert or unblock.
