I download all videos I purchase on LP onto my hard drive for watching at my leisure. In each case, I download the file under Full Video (mp4 vga) rather than Full Video (mp4 720p) because it's a more manageable size (I can only use so much bandwidth a month).
However, for a long time now every video I download has sound issues. Every few minutes the audio cuts out and 'crackles' before returning to normal. It's really distracting. Just to give an example, in Monster_Gapes_scene_1527 alone I marked down where I noticed such glitches occur:
0:24
2:03
5:56
7:50
8:52
11:18
12:25
15:37
Well, you get the idea. And it's across a huge range of the videos I've downloaded. Is this seriously just me? Or is it a well-known "feature"?
I tried to stream the 720p version of that scene to see if it was present there as well, but LP's streaming service is unbelievably slow for me, so I only checked the 0:24 mark, and there is no glitching. It seems like it's an encoding problem with that particular quality video.
Can support reproduce this, and if so, ensure that this won't happen in subsequent videos?
