The most computers are ready to stream 4K now. With the H265 codec 4K videos have the half size as videos encoded with H264 at the same quality. Amazon uses a bandwith from 15 Mbps (1.875 MB/s) per second to stream 4K content, Netflix uses 25 Mbps (3.125 MB/s) and some other companies 100 Mbps (12.5 MB/s).
