Account Hacked

So my account has been hacked and someone has purchased over 30 scenes and charged my card for more tickets. Fortunately I was able to lock down my credit card and change my password to prevent further damage. I’ve sent an email to legalporno support with a ticket # 87562 on Oct. 11 at 11:40 a.m. central time. I’m not sure if Im more pissed off that they used all of my free ticket stash, or tickets from my membership stash. Either way it sucks, I’m hoping all this can be corrected and I’m made whole again by returning my stolen tickets from paid membership and my free tickets. Has anyone ever thought of putting an optional Two-step authentication on our member profile that we can opt into if we’d like to prevent this in the future? For example I could log into my account and before I proceed to the site a text or email message can be sent with a random second code that I’d have to enter to proceed. I’d also like to know if y’all have the ability to tell me where this hack came from, I log in from the same VPN region religiously? Thanks for your help RW.
