Slow motion playback

It seems when I first joined the site, you were able to stream videos at .5 speed, .25 speed, etc. the was an option to tap and choose at lower right side of screen, right by the video progress line. Lately I noticed that option is no longer routinely there, but I did see it randomly available for a couple of videos, but not consistently. Is there a problem with that function?
