When i push, "latest scenes", they are from 2013 and older..

On main page top left press New Videos, or directly http://legalporno.com/new-videos

Also other way is to scroll down a bit on the main page to get to the new videos area.

You have hit todays bug, which is already fixed. I believe you will have no issue with latest scenes now.
