Are you a new user with an active membership? 2 months ago, the admins of LP did change the membership privileges since September if i remember well.

Memberships since September for the new members doesnt have FREE TKT and the old members with membership can still hold the old plan. Do you have any free TKT in your account? if you havent free TKT you must use premium TKT in their place to buy an scene.
