Recurring Subscription

I canceled my recurring subscription since I was waiting for the LP to start producing new content and not just releasing old exclusive from other studios. The problem Is that I went to download and / or stream a free video and could not do either pornbox wanted to charge me tickets. I don't understand why this is happening when my subscription ends on March 2014.

Since your membership was cancelled, you are no longer an active member, so you have no access to free-for-members scenes.

So even though my subscription ends in March 2014 I'm not considered an active member that is very different than any other membership I have owned. So in order for me to keep my membership privilege even if I had a bunch of tickets that I was not using because of an inactive LP schedule your telling me I would have to just suck it up and not cancel recurring billing during my membership duration until minutes before being rebilled. I guess I missed that one in the fine print when I subscribed (sigh) I will be more diligent in reading the membership rules when I subscribe next time. I guess LP is counting on its members forgetting they chose recurring subscription even during inactivity on there part to keep the revenue stream going. Can you do your members a favor and place the exact time down to the millisecond when their subscription rebills so that this stuff does not happen I would not want to miss out on a benefit because I cancelled recurring billing a microsecond to soon. I have never heard of modifying a customers membership during their current membership because they choose not to allow recurring billing. Interesting!

Memberships will be changed to include benefits for the full paid duration. There was no ill intent in the current setup.

Changes to memberships logic are included to current stage, it will be released at mid of February

^I have no idea what that means? Please simplify do I have full paid for service or not? Also what does released at the mid of February mean?

To be honest I don't care about this benefit just thought it was strange to loose benefits for canceled recurring billing. I very rarely purchase exclusive old scenes or download old free scenes because I'm impatient. I just want the faucet to be turned on again of steady Sineplex/Evolutionplex superior content. Thanks for clarifying the above confusing message and do understand that testing is needed.
