I am quite annoyed,

I joined the website about 2 months ago and bought several videos. During the past months, I got consistently the error message "You authenticated from another country. Contact support to re-activate your account" when I tried to download videos that I purchased. I was only living in Prague during the past and am continously using McAffee to protect my computer against viruses. There can be a problem that i subscribed on the site on my holidays? The customer support of legalporno / pornbox website did not provide any help and did not even respond to several e-mails I sent - asking for help. That is really bad and disappointing service. Don't know how to download the videos when i am getting this message. Also i realize t i cannot log in on pornbox if I'm not using VPN in my country :/

I have always been careful with porn subscriptions to not log on either abroad or via my mobile phone, as it seems the changing of IP addresses causes issues. I found with my old 21Sextury subscription if i browsed the site with my phone for more than a few minutes it would lock me out and force an email password reset every time.

Clearly you need these guys to get you back up and running again but my advice is, once you are, access the forum from wherever but the legalporno site itself just from your home pc.

Thanks for your advice, I'm afraid that I'm looking for porn mostly abroad on the hotel etc... probably i throw some money to the basket because i realize that legalporno.com is not accessible from my country, just via vpn... :-/ So my home pc seems to be unusefull and can't download content anymore, because if i login via VPN im able to see purchased videos but got the error every time - You authenticated from another country... grrrrrrrr

now i have this error too in pornbox,how long will this continue,screwing people over,i have payed for the scenes,so i exspect i can watch them,
this is fraud in a high level.i am told i am too negative,but sineplex,do u think there is so much to be positive about?look at all the guys here that
have problems,every day new guy with problems,i admit the content is very good,but the way thinks here is runned,is just lousy.i said some days ago i wont
post here anymore,but then i got this new error,and could not keep my mouth shut.
