Can't Buy Individual Scenes

Rather than download scenes by exchanging X number of tickets, I prefer to simply buy them for X amount of dollars. This has worked fine dozens of times in the past, but now each time I enter my billing information it says "Website's user can not be identified!" What gives?

There's nothing more alarming than something going wrong after typing in your credit card details. And yes, I did enter everything correctly. I really want to know what's the problem here and whether it can be fixed. I can't buy anything from the site until it is. Meanwhile I'll be monitoring my bank account in a paranoid manner.

this feature should be there unless it was removed for some reason. but yes normally you can buy just 1 scene for 4.95.. i will ask

Sheesh, if only they actually were 4.95. The scene I was attempting to buy (Hardcore Climax #2051) was priced at 9.90!! But I digress... thanks for acknowledging, looking forward to an answer.

might be something wrong because its 2 tickets so max it could be is 5 so i sent this to support

send the scenes to pornbox and the when you try to download it will ask if you want to pay for the scene or exchange the ticket

Thanks to correspondence with TimB and support the technical problem was fixed. Then all I had to do was clear cookies (gtfcharge, legalporno) and I can finally buy scenes/membership again. Thanks!

Just a heads-up PC_82, if you were right about something being wrong with the scene prices then it's still happening - unless you can say 3 tickets seriously translates to $14.85!! Just checked the recent Kreme Scene #1950 to confirm it.
Membership/Tickets are definitely a lot more viable until that's cleared up. :P Well, off I go to download some new scenes at last!
