Tried to add tickets yesterday with the credit card that I already had on file in your system. The same credit card I purchased tickets before. This time transaction was blocked.
The email I get from support was "looks like your card is not suitable to pay on our sites (calculated by our payment merchant)". Well, your payment merchant is fucked up! How can my credit be accepted one time and then denied the next?!
I have 2.15 tickets remaining. What am I supposed to do with them? This web site is a fucking mess and your customer service is shit.
