Unable to add user to personal "foe" list

Hi

I'm unable to add the user "RobJung" to my foe list. This has been the case for the last 36 hours. I have had no trouble adding others, even since this. But when I try to add this user, I'm just taken to a site-under-maintenance page. I have tried both methods (as described in the FAQ), and neither work. Could you make it happen, please, or advise why it is not possible?

Hello, it should be fixed now and you should be able to ad RobJung to the Foe list
