attaching pictures or gifs problem

I'm trying to make a post with gifs
and after uploading all the pictures
writing the text
seeing the preview,
all looks good

click the submit button and
this appears

I don't understand as those words

Also, whats the file size limit?
and is there a limit to how many pictures per post we can attach?
