Transactions get declined

Just like that, no matter what card or what bank (I have multiple options) I try. Used to work just fine with Revolut or other banks and just stopped recently. Get to the verification step and confirm authorisation on the bank app and finally declined transaction error. Any ideas why that could be the case? Anyone else facing that lately?
