Purchases not and no Credits

Hello,

Please explain why my purchase on my credit card and I am not getting any credits to my account. In addition why does it take so long to get an asnwer from service. Perhaps if you used a better credit card processor you coud have better customer service.

Please help and find my lost credits. Makes me really pissed how bad your service considering how much money we give you.

I hate needlessly complaining all the time about the service.

your tickets were added after some time because of some technical work on LP at that time.

You should have your resources now.
