Can't access library! In "your session has expired" loop!

My account is messed up. When I go to my library and click on a video, it says my session has expired and forces me to logon again. After logging in, I can see my tickets, but can't access my library. Please fix!

This is also happening to me. I can login but if I click on a video or download, it says session has expired. It's been about 3 days this has happened. Please fix.
