Please find a fix for disappearing vids

Dear Pornbox Team,

I had today a discussion on the support page regarding missing vids, e.g. AA068.
I am pretty sure I have bought this vid some time ago, but it is one of the vids which stucks in the manual review process. However without a purchase history I cannot prove that I have even purchased it, but that's not my point anyways.
I have noticed the disappearing also for other vids (e.g. a bunch of Kristy Black movies, which reappeared recently after several month).

Please don't get me wrong, I don't want any refund, I would prefer if you would find a solution to the general problem, that vids you have purchased simply disappear and that the review process takes ages.
Some vids are down for month or never appear again. I understand very well the necessity of a review process due to the opening of the site to smaller studios and potential legal or copyright issues.

But I don't understand why even videos from the OG studios (GG, Gonzo, American Anal, etc.) are so frequently removed, even older videos. I have severe doubts that there a still issues with the paperwork, and a missing model or tag in the description should not delete a scene from your library.

I have read a statement here in the forum from Kapwn that you guys are working on a fix and I got the same answer from the support chat, but in some threads the statement is now several month old and still vids disappear every day.

My only petition is that you either find a fix that prevents purchased vids from disappearing in your library and/or to speed up the review process, at least for the OG studios. We are talking about vids which were online for several years.

I am a member since 2016, it is rather tragic that my first forum post is a complaint/appeal to solve technical issues.

Which scenes from Kristy Black are missing?

There are currently no missing Kristy Black scenes, at least not from the main studios. As for the other ones, I doubt there are any missing from them either, I just haven't got around to checking on them nor do I frankly care to.
