I can't login, can't cancel reoccuring membershis etc...

Hello,

I can't get logged in since I cleared my cache. Nobody at support is getting back to me. IS there a number I can call? I have memberships that will renew and I can't cancel. Please help me admins!!!!
I believe my active memberships are with a different username than this. I can't find the login info in my email or anywhere! Please help.

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it, click on the link and reset your password.

For this to work, you need to be fully logged out first.
I recommend using a private (Incognito) tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.
