How can I get a password reset to access My Library? I created a ticket in IDcert #333597 and Chat but there has not been a response.

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.
