Cannot access site

It has been months and since requiring Google Authenticator I have been unable to get in. This is not the account I use which is a yahoo account, so I have no idea what to do and I am just wasting money at this point. I don't want to cancel but MONTHS and no support ticket I have put in are even answered. So please help me or at least answer me.

Nothing fixed nothing responded to. Still cannot access site

No it is not resolved. I cannot access the account. Period, it has been months. I cannot access the NUMEROUS files I have and this is happening to most everyone. Or at least a large group. I have my account set through a yahoo. This is not the account I normally use but had to access it with Google to get in and do anything? I want it fixed and I am beyond tired of not getting replies even let alone getting it fixed.
