also the entire abortion of healthy babies is a crime, a fetus is a small baby, killing a fetus is killing a small baby

doctors may tell you killing healthy fetuses is not so bad, and they may start talking about molecules and sophisticated stuff to try to impress you, but is bs, a fetus is a baby

i understand some mothers may not want to raise their perfectly healthy babies, because is a pain, but if they would have a minimum of intelligence they would just send their babies to orphanages, no need to raise nothing

I doubt it, but even if it were I don't see what would be wrong with that statement. As long as the "baby's'" survival is dependent upon the woman's body it does not constitute "execution" for it is not a fully-developed autonomous being that is supposedly being "killed".

Besides, no one "wants" an abortion and late-term abortions are extremely rare.

I believe the soul starts at the moment of conception, so I agree with thread starter on this, but I respect anyone else's view.

What I find fascinating is that I looked up the contraceptive pill, & there seems so much confusion.

Does anyone know... does the contraceptive pill prevent an egg from being conceived, or does the contraceptive pill kill the 'egg' after its been spermafied, if that makes any sense?

I don't mind using my own jargon here, because I can't see any unified language on the subject.

What I find startling is that after spending 20 minutes checking out the issue on Google, I am still none the wiser.
