I bet is is real. Probably a younger guy - when I was in college, I was jerking off 8-9 times per day at a _minimum_. 15 years later, it averages to 3 times a day but sometimes it's 5-6. Quitting antidepressants, etc. and lifting has helped but still need a proper sleep schedule and to drink a lot less. I recently bought various supplements such as zinc, magnesium, creatine, DHEA, tongkat ali, fadogia agrestis (which is toxic to the liver and kidneys at a certain dosage), etc., etc., etc. (would be best to make it a separate topic or search for a similar one; anyways, supplementation is just the cherry on top - most important is sleep, proper diet, weights, and low stress).

I would also venture - but it's a total guess - that 9 times/day guy might struggle with anxiety. I often pace my room out of anxiety, and masturbation for me is an anxiolytic: if I'm around people with a full sack, something feels . . . off. Like a woman on her period, I'm testy. By the way, according to my last blood work taken before purchasing the supplements, I am well below the average T-level: something like 240 ng/dL, which is almost hypogonadal. (I was trying to get my doctor to prescribe me TRT, so I ate like crap, didn't exercise, and didn't sleep for a while leading up to the blood work.) As I said, fadogia agrestis is supposedly toxic past a certain dosage, so I will take that last. But if anyone is curious, I'll let you know what I think of the other supplements: my Amazon wish list is full of stuff like horny goat weed, boron, ashwagandha, turkesterone, fenugreek, maca root, tribulus, shilajit, etc.

And in case like me you learned arbitrary, useless stuff in school (not that I would remember; I was an idiot), liquid vitamins are much more absorbable or at the very least more quickly absorbed. Beyond multivitamins, I do not recall a pill or tablet that has helped me.
