albacore tuna is dangerous

but since i saw others making threads about non porn then i think is ok probably????

eating albacore tuna i think can be dangerous
or very dangerous even

it has tons of mercury
mercury can be extremely poisonous & weakening

i in 2016 ate 4-5 cans of albacore tuna everyday for around 11 months (i only basically ate albacore tuna everyday since is my favourite food)

my health got shredded
seriously

in 2015 my body felt light & powerful
in 2017 my body felt utterly sick, heavy & wretched
it ruined my health so much, also my mind felt weaker, like i had less willpower or something

i think albacore tuna is cancer because it has tons of mercury
if u dont believe me eat 3 cans of albacore tuna everyday for a few months

I've heard of this before.

Also I had an horrendous upper & lower brace from age 12-17 that coincided with me being depressed & when I say depressed I mean I felt emotional horror of a depth & intensity I've thankfully never experienced since. I'm convinced it was linked to the contents of the braces, which in 1980's probably had mercury in them.
