do you think sleeping on your stomach is dangerous? do you sleep on your stomach?

this is a story that happened to me

i was taking sunbath on a hard floor on my stomach several years ago, and i didnt sleep much the night before
so i fell asleep by accident or something
and when i woke up my left ball hurted terribly

a few days later it hurted so much i couldnt even walk, i was without being able to walk for several hours

and i went to the urologist some time afterwards and he said that my ball got twisted or something and that i could had lost the ball

i think it didnt got twisted enough, or i dont know, but i didnt lost the ball

but that was so dangerous

Me and my brothers always sleep on our stomach. Never had an issue. But one day in 2016 I had similar experience to yours. I woke up one day having sharp pain in my testicles. The pain stayed for months. The pain gets sharper when I touch my testicles. I did all medical checkups but nothing wrong found. Finally I was diagnosed with a problem in the pelvic floor. The muscles of my pelvic floor were too tense and this causes testicles pain. I had a couple of massage sessions in the hospital for the pelvic floor area. I learned the technique and continued massaging myself at home. The pain was gone in a few days. This pain has nothing to do with sleeping on my stomach. The tension in the pelvic floor was caused by chronic stress and emotional distress.
