I just purchased the following videos using tickets, but as you can see they are low quality under 16Mbps video Bit Rate.
I cannot watch such low Bit Rate and only purchase 30Mbps like your Major studios have such as. - Pornworld, GONZO.


Please return the tickets for these 4 videos and so I can buy better quality videos.

Hi, the refund is decided by the site. I don't know about the policies for those who download the videos. The site does not put restrictions to videos that are higher than full hd. I think it is better to ask the site support.
