Mambo Perv. subscription value?

I just realized there is a Mambo Perv subscription.
I buy quite much from the studio thus it sounds like a good option.
Would save me some money and ideally grant Oscar more stability.

However, can somebody tell me what it means that only 117 of 313 videos are available for streaming?
Only the newest ones?
Or which?

At the moment the studio is not able to survive with what we get monthly on the subscriptions.
Only selected PPV videos are added to the subscriptions after been online for a while, next to all BTS are available to the subscriptions.
