I think Vira Gold is currently the best studio, when it comes to scouting and find new cute models and there is a lot potential, but there is not much going on in the forum here so i thought i could give some input.

The makeup and hairstyling of the girls feels like its always the same and not individual like that braided strands of hair. You probably work with a stylist, my suggestion would be to have the girls have some influence on their makeup/style as they would personally do it, so it fits their natural appearance.

Maybe you could have some influence on how the girls "prepare" for the scene, get them a buttplug as a present for their first appearance and try to convince them to do some butt training or wear the buttplug for some time before the shooting. (If you dont already)
