I’m a fan of your recent scenes and always enjoy your contribution to the forum.
I gave some feedback to another thread on the general discussion thread but seeing as you have your own studio this seems the more logical place to write.
Some time ago you wrote somewhere on the forum that everyone thinks they would be an expert at directing porn but it’s actually harder than you think - or words to that effect.
Porn is so personal for the consumer and everyone has their thing that they want to see. You have very vocal groups like the feet guys, prolapse guys etc but I still think they are niche and although if you put out a prolapse heavy scene you will get sales you will also put off a lot of customers.
As mentioned in other posts GIO/Gonzo have their market and you know competing directly with them with the same type of porn is not the way to go.
I like the scenes you’ve shot and I like the style. This screenshot from Nikki Hill in a kuckmal style pose is exactly the type of thing I want to see.

So, if feet/prolapse is niche and GIO/Gonzo have their corner of the market what do you do?
What gets the masses to this site is anal and a large percentage of anal fans love gapes.
I think you could get good sales from concentrating on anal gapes. Kuckmal style, pile driver gapes etc.
Scene costs are reduced because you only need to shoot 1 model
2 guys are a maximum you could get away with 1 dude
Shoot with known talent with great gape potential such as Mina, Lana Bunny etc
Do not under estimate the power of the gape!

That is the area of anal porn that I would shoot to find my niche in pornbox.
