This is a good point! Interesting action taking place off camera is the reason I don't like orgy scenes in general. At least in Ice Di's first DAP scene I think NRX did an excellent job at capturing her face for most of the scene and (I think) all of the insertions. I've only bought any NRX-DAPs since Ice Di, so I can't speak on anything newer.
