I have to say *especially Cyber Shot* (because she's my favourite), but really solidarity with all of you together, performers and production, because you are just passengers and spectators in this mess, with no influence on whatever policy your govt follows. But now that NATO countries are imposing sanctions (which I don't support at all) Russian living standards for many 'average' Russians will be affected.
I think that's morally wrong ('collective punishment' of a people for the actions of their leader is morally wrong) and I don't support any of it. But it is what it is, and I can't do anything to change the politics of it apart from protest and continue to support the Russians I know in real life, and through web life (of which NRX is a part). Enough politics. Solidarity.

To be practical (and you must, for your family and your team), while the RUB is so low against all of the big western currencies (USD/GBP/EUR) that actually makes this time the best time (financially at least) to really push Sheer, because while import costs to Russia will rise, exports RUB-USD/GBP/EUR means your content now effectively costs a third or less (~33%) to USD/GBP/EUR buyers than it did only a few months ago. Or in clearer terms, they will now get three scenes for the price of two scenes if they are buying direct from Russia in RUB from USD/GBP/EUR, while they cost you no more to make (especially if you have already shot them pre-sanctions raising local prices).

So advertise the hell out of that, and maybe that will give you and your team enthusiasm to keep going and producing content in these potentially gloomy times. And will also help to offset any idiots (NATO countries have no oil, but we are rich in idiots, most of all among our politicians) who are talking of not buying (boycotting) Russian adult content, because they think that will change Putin's behaviour (???).

Another option to 'survive' is to look at options of accepting Yuan/RMB instead of RUB, if you can get a good exchange rate there (get local advice). The West will never sanction China seriously (ony noise), so that currency far more stable (at present anyway). Maybe the fee costs of exchange at your sales volumes will make the benefits of doing that unviable, but something to consider. That's what the bigger Russian international companies and banks (via CIPS/SFPS) will try.

The other thing (to adddress the quote I posted above) is that it seems people here still don't know what is on offer at Sheer. It's a bit of a 'black box' (you know the aviation term?).
When you arrive at the homepage there is still not much info, and preview images/clips of XXX content is hidden.
That creates the perception is that people have to sign up or even pay to find out what is inside, which they see as inconvenience and cost, and all for they don't know what? I think it puts people off, and it could be more 'transparent'.

To that purpose have you considered making a promo trailer for the site (NRX make excelllent scene trailers) which shows exactly what the site is, how it works, and explains the membership options you offer?
That would be on the homepage that people could watch as soon as they arrive without having to give an email address or pay anything. Absolutely clear and transparent promotion of services and content offered.
And to make potential subscribers want to visit the site and watch it, perhaps you could pay some of your performers to do the presenting and voiceovers. If they were at in town at NRX shooting scenes anyway, you could offer them the option to appear.
Obviously Russian and English, but multiple languages would be good too if possible. Many big countries are not sanctioning Russia (eg China, many countries of South America) so marketing to them in their native languages would be very wise.

A couple of ideas anyway. Maybe good ideas, maybe stupid ideas. You will know best, and probably hane better ones.
To look for the opportunity (and a means of survival) in a crisis is the only realistic option any of us have when a crisis strikes. Complaining wastes time and energy and achieves nothing ('Moscow doesn't believe in Tears' ❤).
But I wanted to say something and try to help in some way, because I feel very angry about the sanctions, because so many of them are designed hurt the population in gerneral, not the politicians or the oligarchs who makes the decisions. And I love the Russian people. The Russian people in my real life make me happy, and the Russians in my porn life too.

Cyber Shot and Little Ninja clearly have finished, presumably the same can be said for Ella Elastic, Lara Frost, Loren Strawberry, Luna Umberlay, Maryana Rose, Nika Charming and perhaps Rebeca Fox, whose 8th scene, probably with Lia Lin, disappeared from the lists this weekend for some reason. Kitty Doll88 has definitely shot one scene recently but sadly that may just be a postscript for her (it will be good to know who directed that one). Then what? Circumstances are problematic, with Nick W maybe still in Thailand based on the latest information posted on the Forum and on the timing of his tweets. There must be some consequences for the studio from that if it continues, including potentially on recruitment and training.

There was some reason for optimism based on this post on another thread on 10 March:

Kitty Li appears to be back, a duo with Meow Miu is scheduled. Given the impossibility of getting to Prague, this looks a good move by both the studio and the model, always providing several scenes are involved.

Three excellent scenes but sadly they have indeed been released in a rush - in the last 5 days to be precise. Apart from a dry triple penetration with Lia Lin, the only scheduled ones currently remaining for the studio appear to be a dry solo with Meow Miu and dry duos for that model with Kitty Doll88 and Kitty Li. Most of the eggs in one basket with Meow Miu in other words. Much as I like her, that's not great. The new models really do need bringing on as a matter of urgency.

Hey Nick, a couple of things, one a question and the other praise.

1.Thank you very much for the ongoing great content from the NRX Team, performers and behind the camera. All of my new favourite performers this year have been Russian, and of those most have been NRX models; Cyber Shot (not currently with you), Little Ninja (also currently not with you) and Ice Di (who seems to be selling really well and has a well-deserved huge following here).
Sara Bork is also another favourite, though she is with VK rather than NRX (but who knows where else she may shoot in the future, so you may get lucky!).
