Please increase the bitrate of 4K video to ~30,000 kbit/s, as it was before. We want the highest quality video possible, and we hope you can hear us!!!! Thanks!!!

Why is the bitrate ~22.5 mb/s in the last three scenes? The quality has become worse. Please return video the good 4K quality with a bitrate ~30.0 mb/s. We hope for early feedback!
