They’ve already skipped the trailer three times in a row now, and this is a really serious issue. Like I said before, people decide whether to buy after watching the trailer, but they just toss out an anal scene and nothing else—it feels like they’re mocking the consumers. This comes off like they’re just too lazy to do their job properly. Isn’t there any formal way to file a proper complaint about this?
