Private castings of Pierre Woodman

Now that you have them, and all the rights...
I`m just thinking that those times when was his assistant, models they`ve signed model releases of Private, milcap media publishing, not of Pierre Woodman...so how he have the rights to publish these old castings ? Same of those he did for Hustler later on. I understand he signed new model releases with few models calling them back after 2010 when he opened his website, but all the rest ? Cannot be sued for them ???

I always loved Private for the extremely beautiful women and the luxurious production values and locations.
