Video quality and play issue

Hello.

I want to say about some problems of pornworld.com.

1. Video qulaity
1)"She delivers us to cumsville!" preformed by Carol Goldnerova
I found a lot of issues on the forum like me and I want to share my experiece.
When I found the scene "She delivers us to cumsville!" from 1byday it had 186MB web version.
And, I found the screenshot with a better resolution, and a better quality (336MB).
I think the 336MB is the original version from 1byday, and I should have downloaded it when I was a member of 1byday..


2)"Deep Inside Klenot's Cleavage" performed by Kathy
It has full size with HD screen trailer but when I try to download, the whole video has only WEB quality with black space.
Is this possible? Trailer has HD without black space, and the whole video has poor quality with black space.

2. Video play issue
1)"New toy delivers the pleasure!" performed by Wendy (Kristine)
When I downloaded it, after 3:50, it could not be played.
It has 15:25 so I played on the homepage, and it showed that "Video not found"

I sent an email to the pornworld but there were no answers.
Also, the support page on the pornbox does not work.
What can I do for this?
I want to get original video qualities without any problems.
