Agency/Casting site partnerships?

Hi Jacob, I think you're doing an amazing job with the studio, both with the newer young girls and existing stars.
In terms of finding new starlets who are up for hard anal/DP/DAP etc. I wonder if you have any links with any modelling agencies or casting sites like Giorgio does with The White Models and such?
I wonder if you could partner with sites like Exploited College Girls, Girls Do Porn or Glory Hole Swallows?
Their niche of finding hot young teens doesn't really make them compete with LP, even though some girls are up for anal. They don't seem to come back for more scenes so I wonder if the girls who want to go more hardcore would be put in touch with you?
Particularly for Glory Hole Swallows there are a load of slutty amateurs who do anal and cum swallowing.

That's great to hear, though I'm afraid I know nothing about agencies and I guess a fan like me wouldn't get much attention asking a site to work with you.

The reason I suggested getting in contact with the site owners is because most of the girls are true amateurs with no [spam] or any other appearances. It's just a shame that such talent doesn't seem to get much attention, probably not a lot of other offers. Danica for instance, her body just cries out to be a professional porn star

Another good idea might be contacting performers who self publish on [spam]. There seem to be quite a few American amateurs that do gangbangs who might be up for some professional work. The LP European studios seem to have had some success with Ria Hill and Helena Moeller for example from their own amateur sites on mydirtyhobby.

I miss the old days of having talent scouts able to pick up girls on the beach and go straight to anal (Crystal Ray), or the steady supply of babies ready to do gangbangs for now defunct amateur sites like cumonherface.
Even though the internet and Twitter are presenting new contact opportunities, I recognise that we are now in a different age where recruitment might be more difficult.
Perhaps you could try and encourage amateurs to submit photos or clips to you somehow which would reduce your effort in having to seek out girls in addition to making links in the industry? Maybe make your presence more known in a forum like adultdvdtalk or have a more prominent "Get involved" section in the legalporno site?
