So what's the difference between Sineplex and Gonzo studio

To me the Gonzo movies look like the same kinds of scenes and look like they're shot on the same couch in the same location as the Sineplex scenes. There's even girls who shot a few scenes at the same time have some of those scenes in the Gonzo studio section and the others in the Sineplex section. So what differentiates one studio from the other? Different director maybe?
